Next workout – July 16!

Hey Crawlers!

After a few months of injury/moving to VA, I’m happy to finally lead another workout with all of our awesome runners!

For tomorrow, let’s meet at Bannecker Track at 6:30 a.m. for our 500/100 workout. We’ll run 10x500m at 5k pace followed by 100m at half-marathon/marathon pace. Sounds easy – but the speed sneaks up on you!

I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning!
