Wednesday Workout (2/10/16)

Weekly Wednesday Workout led by Charlie/Ben!

Let’s get together tomorrow morning at 6:30am at Cardozo for longer intervals (if the gates are locked head to Banneker at 6:35am).

We’ll start with 1.5 miles at 10k pace, followed by a 400m rest, followed by 800m at 5k pace, followed by 200m rest, followed by a final 1.5 miles at 10k pace (this one hopefully faster than the first).

All are welcome!
