Short Work, Hard Workout!

Hope you had a wonderful long weekend! As a reminder, it’s already Tuesday, so we will meet tomorrow at the Cardozo Track at 6:30 am for a medley of distance intervals:
800m
2000m (5 laps)
1600m
800m
The goal will be to hit sub 5k pace for the last 1600 and 800. We will do some short rests in-between!
All are welcome and hope to see your face on the track!
